ITEM SUMMARY: 
 
Iris Isiordia, owner of the single-family home at 209 E Washington Street, a residence located in the 
East Washington Historic District, is requesting approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness to install a 
vinyl privacy fence in the Northeast corner of the rear yard. The fence will be constructed of white, vi-
nyl privacy fence panels that will be six feet in height. The fence complies with all zoning require-
ments.  
 
The home is a American Foursquare, which was constructed in c 1900’s and is a contributing struc-
ture. No modifications are proposed for the home. Please see the attached Plat of Survey and photos 
for more information.   
 
ACTION PROPOSED: 
 
Consideration of a privacy fence installation at the home of 209 E Washington Street.
