ITEM SUMMARY: 
 
Iris Isiordia, owner of the single-family home at 209 E Washington Street, a residence located in the 
East Washington Historic District, is requesting approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness to widen 
the width of the existing driveway by two (2) feet.  The increase of width will be constructed with brick 
pavers and will extend the length of forty-six (46) linear feet. The driveway complies with all zoning 
requirements.  
 
The home is an American Foursquare, which was constructed in c 1900’s and is a contributing struc-
ture. No modifications are proposed for the home. Please see the attached Plat of Survey and photos 
for more information.   
 
ACTION PROPOSED: 
 
Consideration of a driveway alteration at the home of 209 E Washington Street.
