- A-Tec Ambulance Inc. provides private ambulance services from 1600 Downs Drive
- Bulmaks Inc is located at 1150 Atlantic Drive and is a full service logistics company
- Paclantic Naturals LLC is a natural oil, butter, essential oil and other botanical ingredient supplier located at 1100 Carolina Drive
- Chicago Cool Heat Inc. is a contractor for heating, ventilation and air conditioning located at 901 W Hawthorne Lane
- Cricket Wireless is a phone and accessories retailer located at 532 Main Street
- The Kitchen Table offers training classes in the arts (culinary, music, art and drama) at 100 Hahndorf Street, Suite 303
- Raised Bakery & Cafe is a bakery that serves breakfast and lunch at 124 Main Street
- Light Up The Floor is a dance apparel and accessories retailer located at 134 Main Street
- Algo Healthy is a retailer serving tea, shakes and waffles using Herbalife products at 519 Main Street

- Beam Alpha Incorporated has expanded into an additional unit at 1275 W Roosevelt Road and performs clean energy research and development
- InHome Golf USA, Inc designs and installs residential and commercial golf simulators and now occupies 245 W Roosevelt Road, Building 7, Units 47 & 48
