Why Recycling Matters
Recycling materials like holiday lights and extension cords helps reduce waste, conserve resources, and keep harmful components out of landfills. Each item recycled contributes to a cleaner, healthier West Chicago by reducing our environmental footprint and building more responsible disposal habits across the community. Your participation supports a more sustainable future for our city. Special thanks to the City of West Chicago Environmental Commission, SCARCE, and Groot for partnering to make this program possible.
