West Chicago Community Vaccine Clinic
The West Chicago Community Vaccine Clinic will be held on Thursday, December 11 from 3:30pm – 6:30pm at City Hall, 475 Main Street, West Chicago.
Flu and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines will be available for both children (6+ months old) and adults. Insurance will be billed for those with coverage (please bring insurance card, if available) and provided free of charge for all others.
Registration is preferred, but walk-ins are welcome.
Assistance will be available in Spanish during the event and the online registration form can be translated in Spanish and other languages.
