Solid Waste Transfer Station Application and Process Overview On Friday, September 16, 2022, Lakeshore Recycling Systems, LLC (LRS) submitted an application to the City of West Chicago for the construction and future operation of a solid waste transfer station facility at 1655 Powis Road.
