Minimum charges increase by meter size from $40 for a 1-inch meter to $8,300 for a 12-inch meter. Nonresidential sewer pretreatment is $0.34 per 1,000 gallons. Confirm the full schedule with the official source.
Optional sprinkler meters record outdoor use and are billed at the water rate plus a 15% surcharge without sewer charges. A private contractor installs the meter and the City must inspect it. Hydrant meters are not issued for general public or commercial use.

Pickup occurs Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday based on address. Weekday holidays delay service by one day for the rest of the week.

Collected April 1–November 30. Use a brown lawn bag under 50 pounds or bundle branches no wider than 3 inches. Each bag or bundle needs a universal sticker.
Collected on your regular pickup day. A sticker is not required. Clearly mark resident-provided containers “Recycling.”
Free resident drop-off at Groot, 1995 Powis Road, Saturdays from 8:00–11:00 a.m.
Check accepted items ↗Items over 50 pounds or too large for a cart generally require one universal sticker. Size and preparation limits apply.
Residents away for more than four weeks may pause service and set an automatic resume date.
